My Collection contains all of your VOD: purchased with credits, accessed with passes or Flirt Rewards, and free videos that are given by performers. VIP members also see videos from Director’s Vault in My Collection as Unexpired VOD. If a VIP member decides to terminate VIP membership, then the videos from Director’s Vault will show an Expired banner for 2 months and then disappear.

Videos may disappear from My Collection if determined to be in violation of site rules or a corrupt file. We make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, made available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely. IF a refund is deemed appropriate, it is given.
