I recently purchased a Kiiroo Onyx device to be used with one of my favourite models. When I purchased the onyx the Kiiroo homepage no longer offert a program for the standard desktop computer (or laptop) but only an app for a smart-device.
I contacted their onsite chat-support and they said that the PC-version of their software has been discontinued and it is now run via the "feel" app.
The device runs over my phone and the test on the kiiroo site was positive, but now I could not connect with my model which uses the PC-program version.
To use the Kiiroo over your site is the PC-Version necessary?
And how do I aquire it when it is no longer available at kiiroo.com?

KIIROO has changed their technology over the past few months. We recently made it possible to control a performer's device via tipping as a start with using their new software.
We have plans to integrate support for their new app for customers to connect with performers' devices. No launch date has been set yet but we'll post here in the forums when we know more.

I realize this post is from a while ago, but I haven't looked in this forum in a while.
The desktop version is still available: kiiroo.com/download/
Once you've downloaded and started the PC app, it will make you download the updated version. The latest version is from around Oct or Nov, though. I haven't used it since then because the bluetooth in my onyx stopped working. As both Kiiroo and F4F support said, Kiiroo have moved towards the feel app.
A decent number of models have the pearl, but they make more tips from having the OhMiBod banner up. You'll just need to hope they still have the Kiiroo app on their computer. Quote
