If you were intending to ask a yes-no or polar question then stating only the object (or subject?) does
not make (a) a full sentence, (b) a precise question, or for that matter (c) any sense at all.
Here some examples:
- Should I get an ohmibod? - NO.
- Do you have an ohmibod? - NO.
- Do you like to visit models that do have an ohmibod? - NO.
- What is your opinion about the ohmibod? - I cannot answer this question with yes or no, but it is a great question.
...
- ohmibod1 yes or no - WTF?!?!?! Quote
