Don’t need to be contacted (and no one has contacted me in the intervening period anyway); do need customer service to confirm that new VODs aren’t showing and to then go fix it. Has happened before and feels consistent with the feedback in the forums that the baseline requirements of a functioning website are not being met

Why do they bother to write "someone will be contacting you" and then NOT contact the person? When you say you'll contact someone, you contact them. Customer Service 101.
