Yoga, pilates or gym ?
I have practiced all three, and I definitely love pilates and yoga, it makes my body stylized and slim, although they have recommended me to practice strength exercises, which do you think is the best exercise???Although it is better to be moving than doing nothing!

I didn't know that taking a critical reading course was going to be so complicated, I should have studied English before this lol. I read a book that says blessed are those who know how to speak, I didn't know that oratory had to do with writing, they are two things that go hand in hand.
